About SITEKEEPER
Why it exists
In a building condition assessment the parking lot is often a single line, rated by eye on a walk-through, and many roof programmes are run by the firms that sell the repairs. An owner with a hundred sites can end up with ratings that cannot be compared, and little evidence behind them.
SITEKEEPER reads every year of open aerial imagery over each lot, puts every lot on one written scale with the evidence attached, and sends people only to the lots and roofs that need a closer look. Roofs and the rest of the site are rated by a person from photos, on a scale of their own.
How we work
A screening says it is a screening
Every page and report says whether a rating came from imagery or from a walked ASTM D6433 survey, and the two never share a scale, wording or colours.
The method is published
Each rating has written criteria and stated limits. Agreement with walked surveys will be published on the method page once it has been measured.
People make the ratings
Software proposes a screening rating and an analyst sets it. Roofs and other site assets are rated by a person from photos.
Nothing is invented
No assumed costs, lives or quantities. What was not seen, measured or priced is reported as such.
Independent of contractors
SITEKEEPER takes no revenue from paving contractors, so a rating never depends on who does the work.
Your data stays yours
You own it, the database is in Canada, and you can export all of it at any time at no charge.
